Meaghan is a Canadian English mentor with a background in English and Journalism. She holds a Master of Science in Journalism from Boston University and is TEFL & TESOL certified. She has experience as a university writing tutor and online news editor, helping students improve their writing and communication skills.
Having grown up in Hong Kong, Meaghan understands the challenges many students face when building confidence in English. Although she received a great education in the English language, she still lacked confidence in her fluency when studying abroad. Through continuous learning and practice, she became a writing mentor and editor, showing students that confidence is not something you are born with — it is something you build through experience, one conversation at a time.

Rai is a Canadian ESL educator with over 10 years of online teaching experience, supported by professional training in Education, Early Childhood Education, and TESOL. Beyond teaching online, she has also worked with children in various educational settings across Canada, giving her a strong understanding of learners at different ages and stages.
She has a particular strength in supporting students who need a little extra encouragement—whether they're shy, hesitant to speak, or feel anxious about English. By adapting each lesson to the student's personality and learning pace, Rai creates a relaxed, engaging environment where students feel comfortable participating and gradually build confidence in using English.

Tiffany is a graduate student at the University of Alberta, completing her MA in History with a focus on Canadian immigration and refugee policy. She graduated with First Class Honours in 2025 and has served as a reviewer for undergraduate research and an editor for the department's academic journal — work that sharpened the analytical and writing skills she brings into every lesson.
With over four years of tutoring experience working primarily with students aged 14–17, she specialises in academic English, essay writing, and presentation skills — always with an emphasis on helping students think for themselves, not just produce the right answer.
A Dentist and a Positive Role Model for Students
Sam is a dentist and English mentor with a Bachelor’s degree in Dentistry and years of experience in English teaching and private tutoring. He has taught students from different cultural backgrounds, including students in Ukraine and the UAE, and has also helped students prepare for the Cambridge English exam.
Beyond language learning, Sam places strong emphasis on critical thinking and problem-solving skills. He believes that a good educator should bring out the best in their students. Through his own experience in dental studies and professional development, he hopes to be a positive role model for his students and show them that with continued effort, they can work towards their own goals step by step.
A Psychology Background with a Student-Centred Approach
Daniella holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Calgary, with experience in English teaching and one-on-one tutoring. She has taught students across a range of age groups, including students around ages 12–18, and recently taught English in Spain. She also has experience teaching both online and in person, developing personalized lessons and materials based on different students’ learning styles and needs.
Her background in Psychology has also strengthened her focus on communication, empathy, and understanding individual student needs. She pays close attention to how students respond and adapts her approach to their strengths and needs, allowing them to learn at a pace that works for them.
